The Certification Reviewer will be responsible for a full range of general support, administrative and coordination duties

as well as Report Review and ATM processing for our Certification Department. This position requires a person with strong communication skills, excelling in computer program knowledge and navigation, works independently within a supportive team and will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of Certification and Surveillance Services functions.

-Review product and client specific reports and approve/decline based on certain criteria

-If approved, accept the report, issue certificates, and approve documentation

-If rejected, track everything back, draft an email, and send to engineer that sent the report

-Reviewing technical work

-Sometimes work directly with clients (listing reports), reach out to client to work with them to send an inspector to their factory, receive documentation, etc.

-Communicate with clients and engineers via email and phone

-HS Diploma

-Experience emailing customers in a professional way (10-15 per day)

-0-2 years of experience Retail or Office

-0-2 years of experience using MS Office

-Adobe experience


-BA Degree much preferred

-professional office experience



-attention to detail


-customer service skills

-strong communication skills (written and verbal)

-patient and ability to handle


-quick learner (ask questions, take notes)
