Patient Access Representative
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for handling all inbound/outbound calls from patients, assisting with scheduling appointments for specific Physician's /Specialty offices of Tufts Medical Center Community Care. Other responsibilities will include entering patient information, demographics, and insurance.
Top 5 Must Haves: 1. 1+ years of customer service/office experience. 2. Experience using computers and typing in a professional setting. 3. Work Ethic - They need people who genuinely enjoy work, show up early, open to working later, and are very reliable. 4. Strong work tenure at a recent employer. 5. Any ties to healthcare would be preferred as you're dealing with sensitive patient calls.
Work Environment: This call center is rapidly expanding and was created to support patients who need appointments across various Physician's departments in Massachusetts.
Pay Rate: $16/hour, with potential for $16-18/hour once permanent
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Dress: Business Casual
