Hiring for customer service representative opportunities in the finance industry!

Pay: $15-19/hr

Description:

-Respond to customer’s (borrowers and lenders) needs for support

-Maintains proficient knowledge of products and services

-Processes all dealer implementations accurately and efficiently

-Provides technical support to dealer (seller) and sales reps for all systems

-Review new dealer (seller) due diligence documents to ensure contract compliance requirements

-Communicates with dealer (seller) and sales reps as needed to ensure no errors

-Processes routine requests from sales reps such as billing changes and contacts updates

-Provide field representative support and assist with various department projects, as needed

-Support sales reps related to back office follow-up, special reports, letters or faxes to dealers

MUST HAVES:

-1-2 years of recent consistent customer service experience

-Call center and/or financial experience

-Strong written and oral communication skills

-GED or high school diploma
