Job Description:

- Work directly with the full time recruiters as a support function for requisition entry and sourcing

- Work with the hiring managers to collect the correct information for the requisitions, entering that into our HRIS, and managing candidates within those positions

- Setting up phone interviews for the recruiters

- Follow candidates through hiring process updating all information into HRIS

- Will do some sourcing for main recruiter once up & running

- Potentially conduct own interviews down the line

- Sourcing programs - workday (internal HRIS), LI Recruiter & Indeed

- Work directly with hiring managers on fulfilling their temporary staffing needs. This will

- Collecting the correct information for the requisitions, entering that into the HRIS, &partnering with our current agencies to source candidates for the facilities

- Responsible for the onboarding of the temporary employees - IE coordinating with the agency to ensure they are entered into workday

- Main POC for all agencies working with Behr

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- very entry level only 6 months - 2 years of experience needed in some type of recruitment or HR field (can be sourer, HR admin, recruiter)

- Also open to seeing sharp graduates looking to get their foot in the door at a company - preferably they would have a degree in some sort of business or psych setting

- Ability to multitask

- Any exposure to an HRIS is helpful but not required

- Computer literate - can work all Microsoft Programs with ease
