Aerotek is looking for medical screener's for a client in the Wentzville area. The screeners will be assigned to shifts, either 1st second 3rd or weekend shifts. Part time and full time are available. We will also need screeners who have experience supervising others to be team leads. The leads will have additional duties and be compensated with a raise. Pay is $16/hr starting.
Best candidates have a health care background like PCT or MA. Must be reliable and be able to show that through references.
Each medical screener will be responsible for taking the temperature of each of the company's employee. If they have a temperature over 99 degrees Fahrenheit, the screener will ask them to fill out a questionnaire. Based on their responses to the questionnaire they will alert the client who will then tell the employee to go home and wait for a call. Our Aerotek employees are NOT to determine whether or not someone can work, they simply take the temperature and administer the questionnaire if needed. It is very important that our people are taking a sympathetic and "customer focused" approach to interacting with these employees. Engaging those people with a smile and conversation is needed/welcomed. Professionalism and kindness is a must.
