I have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support position in Alpharetta, GA. Our client is looking for someone who has extensive experience with phone support, application support, and Windows 10 exposure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex support with internal and external customers
  • Handle Windows 7 and Windows 10 support issues
  • Provide a fast response to Tier 1 technical issues

Requirements:

  • 2 years of application support experience
  • 2 years of troubleshooting experience within a help desk environment
