This position is for Telephony Engineer on the Service Center Engineering team. This person will be responsible for providing engineering for UCCE core components (CVP, ICM/AW, CUSP, GW, etc.) dialer, and call recording applications/infrastructure. This is a very important team as this touches all of their call centers globally, so if anyone calls for questions on their lease etc they would be unable to be directed to someone who can assist them without this team. On a day to day basis this person will be responsible for design, integration, deployment and maintenance of the technical infrastructure and services for UCCE/dialer/call recording space.

Top Skills Details:
- 5+ years of experience with UCCE Experience
o Installing, advanced configuring
o Knowledge of (ICM, CVP, CUIC, and Finesse)
- 1+ year of experience administrating virtual machines (VMware ESXi)
- 1+ year of basic networking experience (network troubleshooting)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree is heavily preferred
