Description:

This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from existing E-Z Pass customers regarding account information and offer E-Z Pass information to potential customers. Job Duties include: Taking new E-Z Pass applications and process payments via phone, document customer concerns and problems, update and change account holder information, basic data entry and follow up mail & email correspondence.

Qualifications:

1. Proficient Data Entry and Computer Literacy

2. Positive demeanor and customer Service Skills

3.Strong attendance history and reliable transportation

4. HS Diploma or GED
