Description:

Machine Operators will be responsible for setting up machines for production runs, gathering ingredients, monitoring process etc., monitoring the machine and the process. They will be leading the line and be responsible for the speed of the line and indirectly overseeing the others on the line. They are responsible for product quality as well as change overs when switching products.

High School Diploma or equivalent

6+ months experience using basic math in a role (add/subtract ingredients) (if you can follow a recipe at home you can follow this recipe. It is just on a larger scale)

2+ years operating (does not have to be from food)

2+ years experience participating in change overs
