Aerotek is currently hiring for a dispatcher/internal customer service representative. If you are looking to continue your career in professional dispatching/customer service role this position may be for you.
-The primary job function is to dispatch jobs for our customers to the technicians in the company database.
-Schedule appointments for jobs with technicians, verify the technicians are not missing their appointments, and invoicing technicians’ jobs after they are complete.
-Due to invoicing type duties, basic math skills are needed.
-Schedule appointments for the jobs with the technicians.
-Work with customers to gain access to job sites as required.
