Our client, a leading regional banking institution, is looking to add a Lockbox Associate to their Creve Coeur, MO facility.
Sort bulk mail deliveries to determine which staging area that the mail will be held in
Their role would be to open/prep retail and wholesale lockbox work using an Opex machine
Wholesale group (less volume, higher amount on checks):
Candidate will open incoming mail that comes into the location lockbox.
Scan check and any corresponding paperwork into the Busey operating system
Additional Responsibilities if needed:
Perform 10key data entry to reflect deposit amount into the respective account
Retail group (higher volume, lower amount on checks):
Use automated mail opening machines to open envelopes
Use high volume scanners to scan check and corresponding paperwork into Busey operating system
Perform 10 key data entry to reflect deposit amount within the account

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Previous lock box experience is ideal.
Mail room experience is a plus
Banking experience, or experience in the finance field is preferred
