Long Term Career Opportunity with Large Medical Management Company
:Communicating daily with patients over the Phone/email
:Call Center/Cubicle, Professional Environment
:Verify appropriate CPT and CLIN codes are assigned to each case
:Communicate directly with claimants and providers
:Obtain medical history for specific conditions
:Determine appropriate examinations, tests and specialists required for each case
:Schedule appointments for examinees including follow-up appointments and rescheduled appointments
:Ensure all examinees and providers receive necessary documentation
:Confirm consultative reports and diagnostic test results are received in a timely manner
:Meet or exceed contract timeliness guidelines in both the scheduling and case management systems
:Once trained required to schedule 16 appointments daily.
Qualifications:1 year recent Call Center AND/OR 1 year recent Medical Assistant, Front Office Medical Receptionist, or Medical Scheduling experience.
Disqualifier: Not having 1 year listed recent listed above experience.
Work Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay:$15/hr with pay increase once converted in 5-6 month time frame.
