The Patient Service Representative will be handling inbound calls from any current, former and future patients or families. They will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients that are looking to sign up to receive our mail order service and potentially purchase a prescription to be delivered.
In addition to patient registration calls, the PSR will be responsible for entering refill requests and testing claims for proper authorization. The PSR will not type any prescriptions or work with them in detail
Top Skills Details:
- Seeking candidate with customer service experience 2-3 years
- pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience handling high volume inbound calls
- Must have high speed internet
Pay: $16.75 (Weekly Pay)
Schedule: Full Time (40 Hours) Monday-Friday between 6am-6pm with Saturdays as need 7am-330pm
Location: Corporate office is located in Tempe, AZ
