This is a 1st shift CNC programming/machinist position that is also responsible for setups and running the part. The blueprints will come from the Engineering dep. This person will organize the blueprint with the cut off parts that need to be ran for that one print. The CNC programmer will either program online or offline with Visi or WorkNC, set up the CNC and run the parts. Once the parts are complete, they will measure with quality check tools, and then they will set the parts by the door with the prints. They will have to program roughly 10 new programs per day, and each part may require 2 set ups each. There are Hurco's and Fadal. Materials that are used are: plastic, tool steel, aluminum, Graphite, and copper.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
CNC Programming experience using Visi software (online or offline)
Experience Running Steel and Graphite
