  • Customer Success Agent who will be responding to 125+ tickets per day that come through the Ticket queue
  • Review tickets that come through the queue and respond accordingly
  • Provide High Attention to Detail while completing tasks and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to provide great customer service skills to internal team and members
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 2+ years of customer facing/virtual customer support experience
  • Ability to perform a high volume of tasks on a consistent basis
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to type 50WPM+ is highly preferred
  • Ability to manage tasks independently without constant direct supervision
  • Talent for engaging with people online
