Assembly Line Worker

-Candidates will be trained and responsible for various stages of the assembly process, while working on a production line. They will be using torque drivers, and hand tools to assemble electronics. In addition to assembly, candidates will be packaging product and inspecting the quality.

Work Environment:

-This is a clean, manufacturing environment. Candidates will be working at desks, on an assembly line of 5-6 people. They have the option to sit or stand throughout their shift. This repetitive, fast paced environment and assemblers will be participating in team to improve processes.

-Friendly and positive team culture. From day 1, the supervisor (John) treats every contractor as a permanent hire, with the expectation that he will be bringing them on directly.

Additional Information:

Must Haves:
-Experience working on a production line
-Familiar with having quantifiable goals within a fast paced environment

Nice to Have:
-Electronic Assembly experience
-Hand tool experience
-Inspecting quality of product

-Not familiar with following work orders or having quantifiable goals
-Unable to keep up with a fast paced
-Poor attitude

Day Shift: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4pm
It is preferred that candidates are available to train on the swing shift, during their 2 week training period. During this time, they will receive the swing shift differential.

Performance Expectations:

Performance Metrics:
-Candidates will be measured on their ability to keep up with the pace of the assembly line
-After the 2 week training period, candidates should be able to easily perform assembly tasks without slowing down the line

First Day:
-Candidates will do a short intro orientation and meet their lead/team. Their lead will be either Jodie or Aaron.
-They will begin training on how to assemble the gauges and using the tools


-Company that specializes in manufacturing GPS systems, digital gauges, and electronic devices for ATV's, UTV's, motorcycles, and snowmobiles.
