Remote (must be in Greenville, SC) Call Center

Candidates will be working in a high volume Mortgage Collections Call center handling both inbound and outbound calls
Handling Covid general collection calls and contacting clients with mortgage questions
The quality of the call is most important over speed.(They will not be concerned on what they collect right away while they are getting the swing of things)
Currently have 27 call center reps handling 100k outbound calls a month and 20k-30k inbound calls. Goal is to bump that up to 200k-250k outbound calls a month. Starting up this department in Greenville, goal to have 50-60 in this department.
