Aerotek is now hiring for Maintenance Mechanic in Easton, MD
-Identify and repair mechanical problems quickly and effectively.
-Ability to layout and assemble miscellaneous projects.
-Receive, stock, and inventory some incoming maintenance items.
-Schedule and perform machine maintenance as needed.
-Work a 40 hour scheduled workweek.
-Perform carpentry, electrical and plumbing work
-Be able to paint neatly
-Maintain work area with attention to organization, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
-Run errands with company vehicle.
-Record all maintenance information as specified by all procedures.
-Setup production equipment/change over per production order.
-General knowledge and operation of fabrication equipment such as: drill press, shear, band saw, hand power tools, etc.
-Equipment setup and relocation.
-Ability to operate and maintain production equipment
The ideal candidate:
-Preferably will come from a food and beverage, pharma or packaging manufacturing company
-Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift
-Preferably will have experience in a GMP environment
-Great company culture
-Very pristine facility, no dirty at all
-10% shift differential on both shift
-Lots of overtime
