Seeking a customer service/call center representative that will be taking inbound calls to specifically assist members around their questions on tax documents. Will be using multiple systems to look up member account information and research proper tax document information


- 1+ years call center experience
- Experience handling complex calls (not reading off a script)
- ability to use multiple systems to look up pertinent information regarding members accounts.
- Ability to assimilate to a professional/corporate environment
