Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Support the development of new processes and help manage vehicle retrofit projects from initial build trials to scale validation
  • Identify and report equipment or processes needing improvement and quickly resolve issues
  • Prepare daily build reports to document observations, record issues, analyze trends, and share results
  • Create dashboards to help the team monitor and manage both retrofit processes and calibration processes in order to provide status snapshots for project milestones
  • Manage day-to-day activities of multiple projects with cross-functional teams
  • Balance resources and prioritize work to ensure the team can meet project goals and metrics
  • Assist in developing, improving, and maintaining vehicle tools and processes
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to define project success criteria and objectives
  • Collaborate with operations to drive project prioritization, identify and communicate constraints, and mitigate roadblocks
  • Create, organize, and maintain all relevant documentation
  • Drive a culture of safety first, at all times

You should apply for this role if you have the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of process engineering and project management experience at a high-growth technology company
  • Previous experience collaborating with engineers and operations to create and improve process flow and information transparency
  • Can identify and act on opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Reliable, innovative, committed and focused on quality
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can effectively coordinate activities cross-functionally
  • Able to adapt and operate under ambiguity
  • BS in engineering, operations management, or related field

  • Experience designing or running assembly operations
  • Experience authoring business cases or running initiatives based on cost targets
