Position Responsibilities:

  • Schedule field technicians for appointments
  • Provide timely status updates to customers
  • Accurately track all appointments and updates in internal system
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing work orders
  • Handle all vendor invoices
  • Build rapport with internal/external customers
  • Meet tight performance deadlines for scope of work

Requirements of position:

  • 2+ years of previous coordination or administrative office experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
