Job Summary



The company is looking for Local solar install technicians/General Labor to support the install of panels and shingles on residential sites. We currently have the following sites identified that are needing support which include:

Hawthorne, CA (20)
Parker, CO (19)
Vista, CA (26)
San Diego, CA (17)
Phoenix, AZ (15)
Petaluma, CA (26)
Martinez, CA (27)
Milpitas, CA (35)
Livermore, CA (16)
Foster City, CA (31)

The company believes this will be a 1-2 year engagement with their partner company supporting their back log of orders where needed. This is a long term employment with the opportunity to work for this company long term or possibly be converted to a long term position with their partner company.

Candidates need to be able to pass the company's pre-employment and have 1+ years of experience in solar systems install. Previous experience traveling on solar jobs is preferred. The company is looking for local technicians and would like to see any candidates we have local to the sites that are currently accepting candidates. Tool list is in additional info.

English is a language requirement.

Start dates will be Mondays due to training requirements. We have been given a potential start dates of 11/11, 11/ 18 and 11/25 to fill the current needs.

Schedule is typically 7-5 with some slight variance based on the site. Schedules will be an average of 50 - 60 hours per week.
