Job Summary



Our client, a growing name in the health care industry is looking for Sales Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities may include:
  • Supervise the Sales Team.
  • Create a Monthly Sales Plan to work with their team to accomplish the goal.
  • Ensure that Provider Marketing efforts are being accomplished.
  • Learn new policies and procedures and keep updated on information and regulations related to Compliance and make sure other members of the team know them as well.
  • Ensure that the sales representative complete all the documentation required to renovated their commissioner license on time.
  • Receive and submit the commission's reports.
  • Handle calls, issues or any situations during the absence of the VP of Sales.
  • Work with the Sales Administrator to ensure applications are received in the office and filled out correctly


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience managing a sales team.
  • 2+ years of experience managing licensed sales representatives with a medicare health plan
  • Experience building relationships with provider groups
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university with a major in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • HMO License
