This position is to support internal Quality efforts and supplier quality efforts. This job will require someone to update training's, work instructions, and control plans. Most of the time will be spent with the operators, assemblers, and technicians ensuring quality standards are met. They will perform Fishbones, 5Whys, and other techniques to diagnose the root cause of the quality problem. Occasionally this position will travel to Subaru to be the liaison for Supplier Quality and diagnose if issues are an internal or a customer mistake.
1. 3+ years of Quality Engineering Experience in Automotive
2. Experience updating quality training's, work instructions, control plans
3. Experience with Supplier Quality
