A local Credit Union is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives
to join their team. Seeking motivated individuals with desire to grow within a company!Locations:
Chelmsford, MA and Marlborough MAPay Rate:
Monday-Friday 3 days 9am-6pm, 2 days 12pm-9pm, alternating Saturdays 9am-3pm (when working Saturdays, employees will receive a day off during the week)Job Type:
- Receive inbound calls from Credit Union members answering questions and directing calls
- Providing members with efficient and professional service
- Accurately process all routine transactions and file maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues for members over the phone
- Train and provide assistance with department fulfillment duties
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by Information Center Manager, Assistant Manager or Team Leader
- Provide all members with professional and exceptional service over the phone
