Looking for a Project Captain who will be responsible for mainly drafting responsibilities as well as putting together a full set of construction documents. They will be doing details through construction document sets on a regular basis using Revit and AutoCAD. Production will be the main thing they are responsible for on a daily basis. They will also have some Construction Administration responsibilities such as RFIs, punch lists, and site visits. (CA will be mainly in the office versus on the field.) If this person has past client interaction, they will also utilize them in this capacity.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-Bachelors degree in Architecture (preferred)
-7-15 years of drafting using Revit
-Revit (needs to be proficient)
-design build background (preferred)
-similar project experience (preferred) - warehouses, large spaces, and interior fit upsPerformance Expectations
An A candidate will have a design build background and be capable of producing in Revit for full sets of construction documents as well as being able to mentor junior staff.
