ID Card Specialist:
Job Description: ID Card Validation Specialists who will be focusing on verifying information for group ID cards.
They will be verifying that the information on the ID card template matches the information for the members and their appropriate group. This will then be sent to a third party for formatting, which will be sent back for auditing and final approval before being sent out. Essentially they are the final set of eyes reviewing to make sure names/DOB/ID is 100% correct before insurance cards get mailed out to members.
EXCEL: Must be comfortable going back and forth on different software and play around with Excel- (Pivot tables not requires- more so understanding of how to read excel)
Work Environment: Everyone who worked on contract for us last year loved working there because of the friendly managers, the work environment and opportunity.
The candidate must understand that they are starting right before the busy open enrollment season. From August 20th-November 15th they will be part time on the ID card team, during which point they will spend the rest of the day working on other membership work. After November 15th they will work 40 hrs/week with the ID Card Team. Work environment within a cubicle.
They will be working on duel screens and they will be validating ID cards or processing applications all day long. This is a very repetitive administrative job.
Qualifications: 1) Must have at least 1 year of data entry or administrate experience in an office
2) High Keyboarding Accuracy, Must score at least 35 wpm with 95% accuracy
3) Must be open to working and committing to a 5-7 month contract
4) Must have GED or high school diploma
Performance Expectations: First day they will be in training, will get introductions of supervisors/managers and team. They will get their security badges done, a tour of the building and will start learning the basics of the internal data base of the soft wares.
Best candidate will have 1 year of enrollment healthcare experience doing data entry
Average candidate will have office experience in any industry.
The best rep is someone who is excellent at learning new computer programs, new concepts,who is a quick learner and who will be open to learning new things and not have opinions on how they use to do things at a previous job. Someone who is a heads down worker who has a high attention to detail and who is flexible to go from one project to a completely different project at any moment.
BEST vs Avg Candidate. Best will have 6 months of some kind of office experience working on computers with double monitors. AVG will have customer service or retail background with hard work ethics and high computer skills/tech savvy
Additional Information: The shift will start as early as 7am or earlier
Membership Enrollment Position
Job Description: The Government Membership Enrollment Candidate is responsible for reviewing the Medicare Advantage applications in the system which are still pending due to missing information. They will follow a set up business rules to research and verify that the application's information which was sent by the Center of Medicare Service, matches the members information in each of their systems. They will verify this and any errors that can be corrected or sending a letter to the member for the missing information.
All production based- no phone work. Must be comfortable assisting other projects as needed. Work Environment: Representatives work in a quiet office space. Everyone has their own cube with dual monitors. There is a phone at each desk; however, this is not a call center.
Representatives will be working in 7+ internal systems and toggling through multiple screens.
The enrollment representative team sits in the lower level of the main building. Qualifications: Type 35+ WPM
7500 KSPH for 10 Key
6+ months of computer navigation Performance Expectations: Representatives will be measured based on accuracy and production.
Representatives must be flexible and adaptable since they may be working through different systems and programs.
