TEKsystems is looking for desktop technician for one of our clients that offer a great workplace, ability to grow and more. The top skills are below:

1. 3-5 years for hardware hands on break/fix experience

2. Strong customer service skills and understand how to work with difficult customers.

3. Experience with VPN connectivity issues, connecting printers to laptops

4. Windows 10 & Microsoft Office experience

Day to Day



Able to work with different personality types and different levels of technical proficiency. Clear communicator, good energy and passion for IT.
* Someone who has initiative and can problem solve without hand holding for needing to be told several times.
* A+ certification - nice to have
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Internet and VPN Connectivity Troubleshooting
* Installing & configuring Windows and various software
* Cabling Issues
* Troubleshooting and problem solving are key.
* Working efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Adaptable
* Take the initiative
