Job Summary



1. In depth experience supporting and troubleshooting Active Directory (i.e. could they do an Active Directory IS setup, can the integrate GPO's into a new domain, fix any broken GPOs etc ).

2. Familiarity with SQL. They will need to have some knowledge of writing queries and be able to set up new environment.

3. 4+ years experience providing technical support to external customers.

The individual will handle escalations from the level one technicians.They need to have a deep understanding of the windows environment and work heavily with Active Directory (i.e. could they do an Active Directory IS setup, can the integrate GPO's into a new domain, fix any broken GPOs etc ). They will also work heavily with SQL ( supporting applications, setting up new SQL environments.)

In addition to solving customer tickets, it is important that this person is very comfortable with acting as a "customer success manager". Essentially this will entail staying in touch with the customer while they are going through lengthy on-boarding processes and similar issues.
