1. 2-5 years' experience with Active Directory for user management: password resets, adding and removing users, troubleshooting (No Group Policy experience necessary)
2. 2-5 years' experience supporting Mac products (iPads, Mac servers) and any experience with JAMF is major plus but not necessary
3. 1-3 years' experience with basic switch configuration and troubleshooting
4. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
Our client is looking for a Network specialist to act as the main source of on site technical support.
This person will be the main on site contact for all technical support issues. Some of these issues may include the following:
-Printer setup and management
-Smartboard troubleshooting and support
-Basic Switch configuration
-AD User Management
-Level 1 Windows server troubleshooting
