Job Summary

The DMAC team is looking for a DMAC Technician to join their team at the downtown location. Candidates must be responsible and reliable. Candidates will be working on remote moves/DMAC duties, differentiated deployments, moves, adds and changes, site surveys, Hardware based work, this is not desktop or user support. They will be working evening and weekends in addition to their 40 hours a week as needed. Must be open to overtime. Candidates should have experience performing moves, disconnects and reconnects.

There is also some administrative functions to this job as they have to document their work and follow up with emails to users regarding updates to projects. Candidates must have good customer service and written and verbal communication skills. Must be team player!

This specific role for DMAC is to focus on remote moves. They are looking for an expert level candidate that has 5 to 10 years of experience in this field.
