An Aerotek client is looking to add 2-3 Superintendents
with a background in interiors and mechanical, plumbing, or electrical
work to their team, below is a brief description of the role and what the client is looking for:Top Skills the client is look for:

- Experience working on tenant improvement projects as a Superintendent
- Subcontractor management - prior experience managing a minimum of 5 subcontractors
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent
- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar software
The client currently has several 8-week healthcare projects valued at about $350,000 eachScope of Work
: Includes but is not limited to HVAC and Electrical work:
- HVAC - Branch distribution duct work, controls boxes, and register
- Electrical - lighting, switches, power outlets, phone data outlets etc.
- 25% Saturday work
- 15% Night work (Potential for night work compensation)
The Superintendent is expected to field activities to ensure that the project milestone dates and overall schedule completion date is met. This includes but is not limited to managing subcontractors, punch lists, time cards, contractors, maintaining OSHA safety standards on site, interacting with clients and important project stakeholders.Please call 301-250-4324 or send your most recent resume to if you are interested.
