Job Summary

We are currently hiring multiple Systems Engineers (3+ years of experience) for Long Term Contract (18+ Months) needs with a long standing client in Syracuse, NY.

Pay is competitive and Holiday/Vacation Pay is being offered

Job Description:
  • Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
  • Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
  • Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's level degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Applied Mathematics
  • Familiarity of Radar Performance Analyst Tools such as MATLAB.
  • Hands on Test and Integration Skills OR Requirements Analysis and Design Skills
  • Candidates must have the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

Desired Skills:
  • Model Based System Design
  • Test Automation
  • Agile development experience
  • Familiarity with Radar or EW Systems, processing, design, and development
  • Familiarity with Advanced Radar or EW Signal Processing Techniques
  • Active Security Clearance Highly Preferred
