Job Summary

** Seeking Customer Service Representatives ready to Start Working on Monday 8/12**

Main Job Duties:
- 30-50 outbound calls off a queue to lien holders to verify information,gather information on car titles & request for the transfer of the title
- Provide customer service to internal and external employees
- Contact clients to obtain vehicle info and coordinate logistics on obtaining the vehicle.
- Building relationships with BMVs and sellers to ensure smooth transactions of title transfers
- Updating vehicle notes into the system
- Filing documents, processing mail, updating vehicle notes
- Read and interpret various reports and documents
- Fast-paced, busy environment



- One year of customer service experience (retail, food, call center, etc.)

- Excellent customer service skills and attitude

- Strong Computer Literacy (Ability to work on dual monitors and toggle between various software/screens)

- Basic math skills

- Typing speed of 45 words per min

- Professional appearance

- High school diploma
