My client is in need of a Helpdesk Specialist to support their corporate employees with tier 1/2 technical issues. This is a great opportunity for entry level or junior level candidates to gain enterprise experience in a fast-paced environment. Typical job duties include password resets, account lockouts, and setting up and deleting users.
Previous helpdesk or customer service experience is a must and candidates with a stronger technical background are preferred. The desk operates from 6am-8pm and candidates must be flexible regarding work hours to meet the client's requirements.
