Our client in Fremont is looking for 20 Customer Service Representatives to join their team starting November 12th! NO INTERVIEW REQUIRED. If interested, please apply directly.

Job Description:

Our client is looking for customer service reps for their call center in Seattle. Our client is looking for sharp, tech savvy, customer service reps that provide the best experience to each customer. They will be taking about 7-10 calls an hour, and do not have any metrics outside of providing the best customer service.

The biggest point of emphasis is the amount of different systems these candidates will be going through from each store that sells Brooks, to internal systems, to distribution system. Overall, strong candidates with good computer skills.

Must Haves:
  • Typing Skills - 40 WPM
  • Customer Service (6 months, retail or call center)
  • Tech Savvy, comfortable on the computer
  • Strong Communication Skills, verbal


Nice to Haves:
  • Customer Service - Call Center
  • Strong Computer skills, Office and Excel
