Job Summary



We are looking for customer service representatives to work in a busy call center through the holidays! GREAT opportunity to gain office experience.

JOB DETAILS
  • Take 100-200 inbound calls per day
  • Perform data entry to enter customer orders, catalog requests, and other information as needed
  • Handle customer service-related projects


**Customer service experience preferred but not required**

Must be able to:
  • Demonstrate good computer skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with others and be a "people person"
  • Type 40WPM
  • Work in a fast-paced environment




We are looking to have the seasonal team start on Thursday, October 24th. You will most likely work through February - this can turn into a long term opportunity based on performance.



You will be working in the SoDo area during normal business hours. Must be open the working the following shifts:

6:00am-2:30pm

8:00am-4:30pm

9:30am - 6:00pm

*One Saturday per month is required*
