2nd Level Desktop Support Candidate

Our Client is seeking a Desktop Support candidate who can perform Level I, Level II, and Level III troubleshooting for Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, and mobile devices running on Windows 7/10 , iOS, and Android software. Candidate will be performing troubleshooting via phone, email, or face-to-face with end-users. This candidate will work first shift in Greensboro, NC and should possess a Bachelor’s degree preferable in Information Systems/Computer Science.
Key Roles/Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Strong Troubleshooting skills
PC Imaging – Windows deployment/updates
Active Directory/Group Policy experience
Data backups/System Monitoring
Mobile Router/Mobile device support/troubleshooting/configuration/administration
Cell Phone Management/Deployment
Research, evaluate, implement new Projects/Products
Coordinate software licensing
AV Equipment knowledge
Training end users
Ability to multi-task and possess high initiative
