Strong Communication, must be able to communication with leads, Supervisors and MGR’s

Ability to read SOP’s and Work Orders in English

Ability to function on a computer to pull up work instructions

Work with small parts and have great hand dexterity

Ability to work under a microscope 1-2 hours a day in needed or station needs them too (Doesn’t happen much)

Ability to lift 25 lbs.

6 months of either Mechanical Assembly or Electromechanical Assembly

Preferred but not Necessary includes:

IPC 610A Certification

Surface Mount Soldering Experience

Lead Free Soldering Experience

Wire to Wire Soldering Experience

Tinning wire with a Tip- soldering performance.
