Currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at a manufacturing company in Hillsboro, OR!
- Human Resources: Job postings, setting up and coordinating interviews, resume screening from postings, new employee packets, onboarding of new employees, setting up contractors in systems, explaining benefits, managing employee relations, send out memo's to technicians regarding corporate updates.
- Administrative: Set up cell phone plans for technicians, filing, ordering supplies, gathering expense reports from all technicians and putting in order, monitoring credit card expenses by technicians, obtain receipts from internal employees for expense reports. Overall general administrative work. Helping plan for holiday events and employee appreciation. Helping with small IT issues and helping the team trouble shoot (setting up printer etc.)
- Other projects as assigned! Looking for someone who takes initiative and is willing to help out wherever needed.
- 3+ years working in an administrative role
- 6+ months of HR experience
- Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office
