As a full-time production associate the responsibilities will include the following:
- Testing, Inspection, Light Assembly, Machine Operation, & Packaging
Candidates in this role have the option to either sit/stand during their 8 hour shift, however standing will be required so please don't say they'll be sitting all day. They will be working on manufacturing medical devices that are directly impacting the fight against Covid 19. When candidates walk in they will log in to the computer at their station and pull up the work order for the day which will contain their work instructions, pictures of the what the finished product should look like, and other daily updates they will need to do their job. The position requires some mechanical aptitude - In this area the completed circuit board is assembled in to a final product through mechanical assembly. One method may have items snapping together. Others, require the use of hardware like screws and bolts and hand tools such as a screwdriver or automated torque driver.
Right now we are focusing on 3rd shift only, but if you come across anyone that has experience with circuit boards I want too see them.
3rd shift hours = 9:45 pm to 5:45 am (Sunday to Thursday).
