x4 Openings on 3rd shift. (.80 cent shift differential) x4 Openings on 2nd shift. (.50 cent shift differential) This position will consist of operating packaging machines and working closely with packer-palletizer and other team members on a daily basis. - This position will be a machine operator of Cameron's Coffee automated packaging machines. - They will be standing for the 8 hour shifts - Perform minor troubleshooting and diagnosis of problems or inform supervisor of machine performance problems - Some programing and setup required - Perform quality checks of finished packaging - Monitor and document package and product quality/appearance - Minimize production scrap including material and coffee product - Products meet SQF, GMP, and HACCP standards - Participate in process improvement activities

- 1+ years of machine operating experience -Experienced with diagnosing and performing minor troubleshooting and repair on machines - Ability to read and write in English - Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts - Understand process improvements and process reliability - Concentration and focus while doing a repetitive job - Needs to be a leader and have soft skills to be able to work one-on-one with people and within a group setting.
