Description:

Our client is looking for a Sr. UX Designer to help drive UX Process throughout the Enterprise Business Channel which supports all public websites.

They are looking for someone with 5+ years UX Design experience and need this person to advocate UX across the organization, document process and articulate the right steps for other designers. This person will also help mentor 3 mid level UXer's. There is no research involved.

This is a 6 month contract position with intention to hire on FTE once they get funding.

Will need to be comfortable with doing some design work as well.

Must be able to ask the right questions when it feels awkward. Build partnerships across the organization.

Will be attached to projects, join kickoffs, but won't be responsible for managing timelines. Will be responsible for upholding UX process when they get push back.

5 years+ experience in larger companies would be helpful
