Title: Marketing Manager III

Duration: 5 months

Job Description:

* Execute high-impact programs and internal partnerships across Company that inspire customers and drive customer engagement and preference for Company Pay.
* Use data and insights to develop a deep understanding of digital channels such as email, display, and social and translate those insights into innovative acquisition or awareness campaigns.
* Coordinate creative asset production in partnership with the Marketing Communications Team.
* Work with cross-functional teams to enable the successful execution of marketing plans.
* Execute testing programs, measure campaign effectiveness across multiple dimensions (e.g. audience segment, messaging, etc.) and continually test, analyze and optimize tactics to maximize engagement and ROI.
* Establish the KPIs for campaign performance tracking. Report on these and key launch success metrics weekly.
* 5+ years of work experience in consumer acquisition, and/or performance marketing.
* 2+ years' experience executing across Companies variety of marketing tools (i.e. Sonar, Symphony, and Bullseye).
* Comfortable with building and reading data dashboards and capable of data mining to perform analysis and developing enhanced online marketing programs.
* Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting. * Strong analytical skills, and ability to identify KPIs.
* Track record of using a test and learn approach to optimization.
* A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study such as computer science or engineering.

* Expert-level marketing automation and campaign management skills with Symphony or similar marketing platform.
* Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using a broad portfolio of paid and organic channels.
* An eye for strong creative, and experience developing world-class consumer messaging and copy.
* Cross-functional experience managing multiple stakeholders and establishing process to drive initiatives forward.
* Thinks outside the box and can suggest creative solutions in-line with business objectives.
* Ability to manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
* Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution.
* Not afraid to try new things-driven to constantly improve results.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve.
