Description:

Job Responsibilities:

-Perform pre-test, test, and post-test documentation according to test/documentation procedures

-Installation and removal of test tools, test components, and lab equipment as requested in the test request

-Enter all test data, process data, and customer information into the laboratory database

-Provide technical support and assistance to engineers

-Maintain and clean laboratory instruments and equipment

-Assist in customer machine set-up and qualification

-Equipment set-up and assembly of prototype products as required by customers

-Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance

-Effectively manage work time and be self-directed in order to meet testing requirements and schedules

MUST:

-Two year associates degree in a technical discipline

-Internship or hands-on lab/coursework based experience

-1+ years of experience working within an equipment or manufacturing based setting

-Experience with the testing of assembly and equipment processes

-Ability to read and interpret BluePrints and mechanical schematics

-Ability to follow-up test plans and test procedures

-Ability to interact cross-functionally with different personnel and customers down the road

-Willingness to travel in the future to troubleshoot on-site with customers

-Use hand tools such as; Allen wrenches, open-end wrenches, part clamps, hammer, band saw, plasma cutter, etc..

-Computer skills/Microsoft products
