The Customer Care Rep 1 provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence. Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.
Skills: Interpersonal skills, customer service experience, written and verbal communication, computer proficiency
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Certifications/Licenses: Driver's license
Physical Demands: Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and customers. Manual dexterity required.
