SOUTH AUSTIN - Patient Access Representative

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide customer service to patients who are arriving for appointments. They will be greeting and assisting with the patient check-in process.
-Provide excellent customer service to patients upon arrival. Will utilize tablet (ipad type device) to enter in patient information upon arrival.
-Obtain patient information upon arrival such name, appointment time and demographic information.
-Have patients complete a health questionnaire and direct them as necessary (in some case may advise them to return to their vehicle and they will be notified when it is time to return for their appointment).
-Must be comfortable with maintaining a tidy and clean office space. The Reps will periodically sanitize high touch areas such as surfaces, counter tops, and chairs (in between patient flow/check-in process). Will wipe down these areas with wipes and/or UV wand.
-Must be comfortable sitting, walking and standing throughout the day.
