NCB Management is a 3rd party Collector. This position will be working for the Bank of America account providing customer service and collecting on past due accounts. They have 2 teams of Collectors, Front line which is 5-90 days past due, and Back line, which is 90-150 days past due. Most contractors will start off in the Front line collections department.
Provide empathy to customers by understanding their financial situation. Being in debt is an embarrassing thing, and NCB Management wants to be empathic and caring towards each customer's personal situation to provide the best experience. Although this position is Collections, they really prefer to call is customer service.
Make outbound calls to customers to discuss their financial situation
Discuss disposable income with customers and provide financial options to them
Speak with customers whose credit card has recently gone into repayment
Provide payment options to candidates while understanding their situation
