Description:

This role is responsible for answering inbound calls from customers calling in the mainline to the company. You will be the first line of communication. Customers are the number one priority and focus within this role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves

1. 1 year Customer Service Experience (office or retail)

2. Typing Speed of 40 wpm or more

3. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Nice to haves:

-Bilingual in Spanish
