Plan, Develop, and coordinate the manufacturing process.
Programs CNC Machines for manufacturing.
Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and components, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
Coordinates with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of materials or parts, and evaluates products / fixtures according to specifications and quality standards.
Confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
Selection and design of tooling and fixturing.
Develops and improves manufacturing process and methods.
Analyzes and plans production equipment utilization.
